Check availability - Enter your preferred dates or click the “Check Availability” button for a full view of the Apollo Hall calendar. For one day rentals, checkin and checkout will be the same date. The space is all yours from 8am - midnight!
View Pricing - Pending date selection, your total fee will be calculated on a per day basis. Weekday rates (Sunday through Thursday) and weekend rates (Friday and Saturday) vary. Booking multiple days will unlock 20% off your total.
Secure Your Dates - When you’re ready to book, add to your cart and go to the check out page. Apollo Hall requires a 50% Hold. Full refunds on Holds available if your event is over 90 days away. If under 90 days, your Hold is locked and not refundable.
Final Payment - Apollo Hall will charge the remaining 50% Balance and a $1,000 refundable Security Deposit (returned within one week if no damage) 30 days ahead of your event. This will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If booking under 30 days, Apollo Hall to complete final payment shortly after you secure your dates.
